The safety and well-being of students and staff are high priorities of the Carmel Unified School District, Monterey Peninsula Unified School District and Pacific Grove Unified School District.

It has come to our attention that a threat was made on social media toward all Monterey County schools. Law enforcement is involved and at this time there is no reason to believe there is any credibility to the threats. However, law enforcement is taking the case very seriously and all peninsula school districts are on heightened alert. We will continue to inform our community if more information becomes available. You may visit our websites for any updates.

Thank you for partnering with us to keep our schools, students and staff safe.
